Our Return Policy

You may return non-consumable items purchased at leavesnotbeans.com within 30 days of the original delivery date. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

We recommend shipping with a carrier that offers insurance and package tracking. We are NOT responsible for damaged or lost returns.
