Lung Ching (Dragon Well)

Lung Ching is the most famous Chinese green tea named after the Dragon's Well landmark in Zhejiang Province. This organic classic flat leaf is pan fired in small batches creating a smooth, aromatic and intriguing tea that is considered the standard bearer for Chinese green tea.

 


Matcha

Japanese green tea leaves milled to super fine powder. Use 1/2 teaspoon per 8 oz. hot or cold water. Also used in blended drinks and cullinary recipes.

Matcha imparts 100% of the nutritional elements found in tea because the entire leaf is consumed. Regular brewed tea yields about 30% of the total nutritional elements tea offers. Energizing, detoxifying, and loaded with both antioxidants and phytonutrients. What more could you ask for? Matcha contains theanines which keep you energized but still calm and focused unlike the jittery effects coffee can have.

Green Rooibos

Organic Green Rooibos is rooibos that is processed like green tea (not allowed to oxidize). It creates a light-bodied infusion with a unique earthy flavor and a sweet finish, that is said to contain high concentrations of anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals.

  

 

 


Honeybush

South African herb similar to Rooibos, though a bit sweeter in aroma and palate. The flowers in bloom give off a pleasant honey perfume, hence the name. A calming herb consumed for centuries.

 

 


Lemon Rooibos
